THIS TUTORIAL WAS WRITTEN FOR THOSE
THAT HAVE A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PSP.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
PSP X3 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)

SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED HOO LUVS U BY VICKI
MASK OF CHOICE
FONT OF CHOICE
open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later
Paste ele 50 as a new layer resize to you liking duplicate and place them to your liking or as I have done merge them both together then take the selection tool and click inside the now merged frames modify expand by 2 and paste a paper of choice as a new layer over the selected area invert and hit delete select none move below the frame layer paste element 22 as a new layer resize to your liking and place across the frame layer take the magic and click inside one of the frame on ele 22 modify expand by 2 and paste a paper of choice over the selected area invert and hit delete move below the frame then paste a tube of choice over the selected area and hit delete select none do the same for the rest of the frame
Paste elements 54 and 55 as new layers resize to your liking duplicate 2 times and place these on the pegs on the frame paste a tube of choice and place where you like paste element 19 as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate as many as you like and place these to your liking paste elements 13 and 9 as new layers resize to your liking duplicate and place to your liking paste element 5 as a new layer resize and place to your liking add any other elements of your choice if you like add your shadows and filters crop and resize the tag add your name copyright info your credit if happy save as png
