THIS TUTORIAL WAS WRITTEN FOR THOSE
THAT HAS A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PSP.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
PSP 9 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)
TUBE OF CHOICE
I USED ARTWORK BY FREYA LANGFORD YOU CAN GET A LICENCE HERE
SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED PUNKATUDE BY MYSELF
WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE FROM HERE
MASK USED MASK 362 BY VIX
FONT USED RAGE ITALIC LET
Open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later paste décor as a new layer resize to your liking image rotate 15 to the left and place to the left of the canvas paste a tube of your choice as a new layer and place to the right of the décor paste frame as a new layer resize to your liking an place under the frame layer and move up and over to the right a little take the magic wand and click inside the frame modify expand by 3 and paste a tube of your choice over the selected area invert and hit delete select none move below the frame layer
Paste a paper of choice as a new layer an place under all layers add the mask to it merge group the mask layer paste the wire as a new layer an place under all layers but above the mask layer paste the key 2 and leaf as new layers resize to your liking paste the splatter as a new layer resize to your liking and place these where you like
Paste the beads ,decor2,streamer and a ribbon of your choice as new layers resize to your liking and place these to your liking paste the barbed wire and netting as new layers resize these to your liking and place where you like add any other elements to the tag If you like add your filters and shadows to the tag crop and resize the tag add your name copyrite info your credit if happy save as png
