THIS TUTORIAL WAS WRITTEN FOR THOSE
THAT HAS A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PSP.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
PSP 9 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)
TUBE OF CHOICE
I USED ARTWORK BY VERYMANY YOU CAN GET A LICENCE HERE
SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED EMOLICIOUS 2 BY MYSELF
WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE FROM HERE
MASK USED MASK 365 BY VIX
FONT USED POPLAR STD
Open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later paste frame 5 as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these side by side on the canvas then merge them both together take the magic wand and click inside the now merged frame modify expand by 3 and paste a tube/s of choice over the selected area invert and hit delete select none and move below the frame
Paste a paper of choice as a new layer place below all layers and add a the mask to it merge group the mask paste another tube of choice as a new layer an place in the middle of the canvas paste the wire as a new layer and place under all layers but above the mask layer
Paste the confetti as a new layer resize to your liking an place under the frame layer and move to the top paste the heart with wings and string 2 as new layers resize to your liking and place these to the right of the tube paste the netting as a new layer resize to your liking and place behind the tube layer
Paste the ribbon as a new layer resize to your liking image rotate 90 to the left or right duplicate and place these on the sides of the frame paste bow 3 as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these on the top of the frame at the sides of the tube paste heart 2 and the lollipop as a new layers resize to your liking duplicate and place the hearts on the top of the frame at the corners and the lollipops under the heart with wings
Add any other elements to the tag if you like add your filters and shadows to the tag crop and resize the tag add your name copyright info your credit if happy save as png
