THIS TUTORIAL WAS WRITTEN FOR THOSE

SUPPLIES NEEDED

WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE FROM HERE
MASK OF CHOICE
FONT OF CHOICE
Open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later paste lace frame as a new layer resize if you like and place in the middle of the canvas paste a tube of choice as a new layer and place inside the frame paste a paper of choice as a new layer place below all layers and add a mask of choice to it merge group the mask layer paste frame 2 as a new layer and place below all layers but above the mask layer and move to the top
Paste the pearl swirl as a new layer duplicate and place these under all layers to your liking paste cross 2 as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place on the sides of the lace frame paste the candelabra as a new layer resize to your liking an place to your liking
Paste the fluffy heart and feather as new layers resize to your liking duplicate and place these where you like paste the butterfly as a new layer resize and put where you like paste the beads as a new layer resize if you like and place where you like add any other elements if you like add your filters and shadows crop and resize the tag add your name copyright info your credit if happy save as png
