THAT HAS A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PSP.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
PSP 9 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)
TUBE OF CHOICE

SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED MIDNIGHT POISON BY MYSELF
WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE FROM HERE
MASK OF CHOICE
FONT OF CHOICE
Open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later paste frame 3 as a new layer resize if you like and place in the middle of the canvas paste a tube of choice and place to your liking paste a paper of choice as a new layer and place below all layers add a mask of choice to it merge group the mask layer
Paste one of the swirls as a new layer resize if you like duplicate and place these under all layers but above the mask layer paste the feathers as a new layer and place them under the frame layer above the swirls paste the lace 2 as a new layer resize to your liking image rotate 90 to the left or right duplicate and place these at the sides of the frame
Paste bottle 2 as a new layer resize if you like and place to your liking paste rose 2 and a ribbon of choice as new layers resize to your liking and place where you like paste feather 2 as a new layer resize to your liking and place where you like
Paste the bag as a new layer resize to your liking and place where you like
Paste the hanging jewel and web as new layers resize to your liking and place where you like ad any other elements if you like add your filters and shadows crop and resize the tag add your name copyright info your credit if happy save as png
