THIS TUTORIAL WAS WRITTEN FOR THOSE
THAT HAS A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PSP.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
PSP 9 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)

SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED LUCKY EMERALD BY MYSELF & VICKI
WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE FROM HERE
MASKS USED MASK 138 BY VIX
FONT USED NUEVA STD COND
Open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later paste ele 16 as a new layer place in the middle of the canvas image rotate 45 to the left or right and then resize a little paste ele 35 as a new layer resize to your liking and duplicate 3 times them rotate each of them 45 to the left and right so they fit along ele 45
Paste ele 19 as a new layer resize to your liking and duplicate as many as you like and place these on ele 35 take the magic wand and click inside ele 45 modify expand by 1 and paste a paper of choice over the selected area invert and hit delete select none move below all layers paste a paper of choice as a new layer place below all layers and add the mask to it merge group the mask layer
Paste ele 20 as a new layer resize to your liking and place below ele45 paste ele 30 as a new layer resize to your liking and use the selection tool to select part of it then invert it and hit delete select none and duplicate 3 times and place on the sides and inside of ele45
Paste ele 38 as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate 3 times and place these on the top and bottom of ele 45 paste a tube of your choice as a new layer an place to your liking paste ele 22 as a new layer resize to your liking and place to the right of the tube paste ele 49 as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place to your liking paste ele 29 as a new layer resize to your liking and place below all layers but above the mask layer and move to the top of ele 45 paste ele 12 as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place to your liking add any other elements if you like add your filters and shadows crop and resize the tag add your name copyright info your credit if happy save as png
