THIS TUTORIAL WAS WRITTEN FOR THOSE

SUPPLIES NEEDED
PSP X3 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)

SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED TAINTED PRINCESS BY VICKI
WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE FROM HERE
MASK OF CHOICE
FONT OF CHOICE
open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later paste ele 14 as a new layer place in the middle of the canvas resize if you take the magic wand and click inside modify expand by 2 and paste a tube of choice over the selected area invert and hit delete select none and move below
Paste a paper of choice as a new layer and place below all layers and add a mask of choice to it merge group the mask layer paste another tube of choice as a new layer and place to your liking paste elements 1,20and 27 as new layers resize to your liking duplicate as many as you like and place these around the tag where you like
Paste elements 52,57 and 38 as new layers resize to your liking and place where you like paste ele 10 and 33 as new layers resize if you duplicate and place to your liking add any other elements if you like add your filters and shadows crop and resize the tag add your name copyright info your credit if happy save as png
