Open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later paste ele 45 as a new layer resize if 

you like and place in the middle of the canvas duplicate and on the original layer image rotate 10 the to the left 

 then click on the background layer and take the selection tool set to point to point and make a selection all 

the around the frames then paste a paper over the selected area invert and hit delete select none and move 

below all layers

Paste a tube of choice as a new layer an place to your liking paste a paper of choice as a new layer place 

below all layers and add a mask of choice to it merge group the mask layer paste ele 64 as a new layer resize 

to your liking duplicate and place these to your liking paste ele2 as a new layer resize duplicate and place 

these on the corners of the frames

Paste ele 34 and 40 as new layers resize to your liking duplicate and place these to your liking paste ele 30 as 

 a new layer resize and place on to your liking paste ele 29 as a new layer resize duplicate and place these

under all layers but above the mask layer paste ele 17 as a new layer resize and place under the tube layer 

add any other elements if you like add your filters and shadows to the tag crop and resize the tag add your 

name copyright info your credit if happy save as png
