THIS TUTORIAL WAS WRITTEN FOR THOSE
THAT HAS A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PSP.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
PSP 9 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)
TUBE OF CHOICE
I USED ARTWORK BY ISMAEL RAC YOU CAN GET LICENCE HERE
SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED VOODOO CHILD BY MYSELF
WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE FROM HERE
TEMPLATE # 49 BY POOKER here
FONT USED CENTIME
Open the template in psp and go to canvas size and set it 700x700 then layers new layer and add a new layer move it to the bottom and fill with white delete the © layer click on the dklayer select all float defloat and paste a paper of your choice as a new layer over the selected area invert and hit delete select none and delete the original layer do the same for the rest of the layers except the heart,black circle and dotted layers once you have done click on the black circle select all float defloat and paste a tube of your choice over the selected area invert and hit delete select none
drop the opacity to around 75 and add a filter of choice to the black circle I used penta.com on mine paste a tube of choice again and place to your liking paste a paper of choice as a new layer place below all layers and add the mask to it merge group the mask layer add some noise to the dotted layer
paste the wire as a new layer and place below the all layers but above the mask layer and move it up to the top paste pin 2 as a new layer resize it to your liking duplicate and place these on top of the 2 hearts paste the stapled heart as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these where you like paste the rose,bunny,bear and potion as new layers resize these to your liking and arrange to your liking on the tag paste a ribbon of your choice as a new layer resize and place behind the tube layer paste the heart as a new layer resize to your liking and place where you like
paste the netting as a new layer and place behind all layers but above the mask layer paste the butterfly and another ribbon of choice as a new layer resize to your liking and place these where you like add any other elements to the tag of you like add your shadows and filters crop and resize add your name copyrite info your credit if happy save as png
