THIS TUTORIAL WAS WRITTEN FOR THOSE
THAT HAS A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PSP.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
PSP 9 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)
TUBE OF CHOICE
I USED ARTWORK BY ARTHUR CROWE YOU CAN GET LICENCE HERE
SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED ROCK PRINCESS 2011 BY MYSELF
WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE FROM HERE
TEMPLATE # 396 BY MISSY HERE
MASK # 1 BY VAYBS HERE
FONT USED CENTIME
Open the template in psp and go to canvas size and set it 700x700 then layers new layer and add a new layer move it to the bottom and fill with white delete the © layer delete all the word art layers then click on the circle layer select all float-defloat and paste a tube/s of choice as new layers move into place invert and hit delete on each of them select none add a filter of choice to the circle layer I used penta.com-vtr on mine then add the same filter to the tubes
click on square 1 select all float defloat and paste a paper of your choice as a a new layer over the selected area invert and hit delete select none and delete the original layer do the same for the rest of the layers except raster 1 and raster 1 copy and the rectangle 2 layers colourise those to match the tag
paste a tube of your choice as a new layer and place to your liking paste the wire as a new layer duplicate and place one behind all layers and the other on the rectangle layer paste a paper of choice as a new layer and place below all layers and add the mask to it merge group the mask layer click on the frame back select all float defloat and paste a tube/s of your choice over the selected area invert and hit delete select none add the same filter to it as you did above
paste the winged heart as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these where you like paste skull 3 guitar 2 and star 2 as new layers resize to your liking and place where you like on the tag paste the barbed wire as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place on the frame by Missy layer paste 2 ribbons of your choice resize and place these under the stars paste the labels as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place on the frame
paste another ribbon of choice resize and place along the frame also paste the stars as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these behind all layers but above the mask layer paste the mesh as a new layer and place where you like paste the sparkles as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these to your liking add any other elements if you like add your filters and shadows crop and resize the tag add your name copyrite info your credit if happy save as png
