SUPPLIES NEEDED
PSP 9 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)

SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED BEAT BABE BY MYSELF

MASK SQUARES 2 BY TONYA HERE
FONT USED CENTIME
Open a new canvas 700x700 72dpi white we can crop and resize later paste frame 3 as a new layer resize if you like then take the magic wand and click inside the frame modify expand by 3 and paste the lights over the selected area move into place then invert and hit delete select none paste a tube of your choice as a new layer and place to your liking then click back on the frame layer click inside modify expand by 3 and paste a tube/close-up of choice over the selected area invert and hit delete select none and move below the frame
paste a paper of choice as a new layer lace below all layers and add the mask to it merge group the mask layer paste décor 2 as a new layer duplicate 3 times and place these at the top and bottom sides of the tag above the mask layer paste the glitter as a new layer and place at the top but above the mask layer
paste speaker 2 as a new layer resize duplicate and place these at the side of the tube rotate them to your liking paste décor 3 as a new layer resize and place across the speakers paste the tape and CD as new layers resize duplicate and arrange to your liking around the speakers and décor 3 paste the headphones as a new layer resize and place on décor 3
paste ribbon 4 as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate 3 times and rotate 2 to your liking and arrange around the speakers and décor 3 paste button as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place on the speakers paste button 2 and 3 as new layers resize to your liking duplicate as many as you like and place to your liking paste the music notes and glitter garland as new layers resize to your liking duplicate and arrange around the tube
paste the swirl bling and beads as new layers resize and place on the frame behind the tube layer paste the lights as a new layer and place at the bottom of the tube behind it paste sparkles 2 as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place to your liking add any other elements to the tag if you like add filters of choice to the tubes if you like add your drop shadows crop and resize the tag add your name copyrite info your credit if happy save as png
