FONT USED CENTIME
Open a new canvas 700x700 72dpi white we can crop and resize later paste frame 2 as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate image mirror and place these side by side merge them both together then take the magic wand and click inside the merged frame modify expand by 3 and paste a paper of choice over the selected area invert and hit delete don’t deselect yet paste a tube/close up of choice over the selected area hit delete select none
paste a paper of choice as a new layer place below all layers and add the mask to it merge group the mask layer paste the stars as a new layer resize duplicate and place these at the top corners above the mask layer paste ele 27 as a new layer resize and place to the right side of the frame at the top paste ele 17 as a new layer resize so its a little bigger than ele 27 and place under ele 27
paste a tube of your choice and place in the middle of the frame paste the mesh as a new layer resize to your liking and place behind the tube paste the sparkles as a new layer resize duplicate and place on the tube on the frame paste ele 22,23,26 as new layers resize to your liking and place these under ele 27 paste the signs and buttons as a new layer resize to your liking and place these on the left side of the frame
paste ele 14 as a new layer resize to your liking and place along the bottom of the frame paste the paw prints as a new layer duplicate and place these along the bottom of ele 14 paste ele 16 as a new layer resize duplicate and place at the ends of ele 14 paste ele 12 as a new layer and place behind the tube layer add any other elements to the tag if you like add your filters and shadows crop and resize the tag add your name copyrite info your credit if happy save as png
