MASK OF CHOICE
Open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later paste frame 3 as a new layer resize to your liking and place in the middle of the canvas then take the selection tool set to point to point and make a selection on the frame paste a paper of choice over the selected area invert and hit delete select none and move below the frame
paste another paper of choice as a new layer place below all layers and add a mask of your choice to it merge group the mask layer paste a tube of your choice as a new layer and place to your liking paste a lace from the kit as a new layer and place under the frame use the selection tool to erase the excess off the edges then paste the tree as a new layer resize to your liking and place to the left of the tube
paste the flowers 2 as a new layer resize to your liking and duplicate as many as you like so they all fit along the bottom of the frame paste flower as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate 2 times and place these up the right side of the frame then paste the flowers with bow as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate 3 times and place 3 under the duplicate flower and one on the tree
then paste the heart as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these under the duplicate flowers also paste the dragonflies as a new layer resize to your liking and inside the frame paste butterfly 2 as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place where you like paste the hat bird table and a ribbon as new layers resize these to your liking and place where you like paste a bow of choice as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these on the hearts add any other elements to the tag if you like add your filters and shadows crop and resize the tag add your name copyrite info your credit if happy save as png
