MASK OF CHOICE
Open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later paste frame 2 as a new layer place in the middle of the canvas take the magic wand and click inside the frame modify expand by 3 and paste web 2 over the selected area invert and hit delete select none and move below the frame paste a paper of choice as a new layer place below all layers and add a mask to it merge group the mask layer
paste a tube of your choice as a new layer and place to your liking then paste the fence as a new layer and place behind the tube layer use the selection tool to get rid of any excess at the sides then paste the tree2 as a new layer and place behind the tube and move to the left paste the starwberrys as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate as many as you like and arrange to your liking
paste the grass as a new layer duplicate and place one behind the tube and one in front of the tube then paste the flower as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate as many as you like and arrange around the tube paste the cupcake as a new layer resize duplicate as many as you like and arrange around the tube also
paste one of the corner flowers as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and arrange on the frame to your liking paste the décor as a new layer resize and place where you like paste a couple of spiders as new layers resize to your liking duplicate as many as you like and arrange to your liking paste the spider bow as a new layer resize and place on the tree paste tree as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these at the side of the frame paste the sparkles as a new layer and place on the tube add any other elements to the tag if you like add your filters and shadows to the tag crop and resize the tag add your name copyrite info your credit if happy save as png
