SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED HARLEY QUEEN BY MYSELF
WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE FROM HERE
FONT USED IM BOARD
MASK OF CHOICE
TEMPLATE #95 BY MYSELF FROM HERE
Open the template in psp delete the © layer then click on layer 7 select all float defloat and paste a tube of your choice over the selected area invert and hit delete don’t deselect yet paste a paper of choice over the area and hit delete select none and delete the original layer do the same for copy of layer 7
then click on layer 4 select all float defloat and paste a paper of your choice over the selected area invert and hit delete select none and delete the original layer do the same for the rest of the layers adding papers of choice to them once done click on the text layer select all float defloat and paste a paper of choice over the selected area invert and hit delete then delete the original layer do the same for the other text layer
then paste a tube of your choice as a new layer and place to your liking paste the crown as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these on the text layers paste the stars as a new layer and place under the text layers paste the streamer as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these where you like paste the skull as a new layer resize duplicate and place these to your liking
paste beads as a new layer resize and place where you like paste the card as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate 2 times and arrange these where you like paste the sparkles as a new layer duplicate and place to your liking paste a paper of your choice as a new layer place below all layers and add a mask of your choice to it merge group the mask layer add any other elements to the tag add your filters and shadows crop and resize the tag add your name copyrite info your credit if happy save as png
