TEMPLATE #96 BY MYSELF FROM HERE
Open the template in psp delete the © layer then click on layer 9 select all float defloat modify contract by 7 and hit delete then modify expand by 3 and paste a paper of choice over the selected area and hit delete don’t deselect yet paste a tube of choice over the selected area and hit delete select none move the tube and paper under layer 9 add some noise to layer 9
do the same again for layer 4 then click on layer 2 select all float defloat and paste a paper of choice over the selected area invert and hit delete select none delete the original layer do the same for the rest of the layers except the text layers add a filter and some noise to the text layers once done paste a tube of your choice as a new layer and place to your liking
paste the dice and text as new layers resize to your liking and place where you like paste the sequins,netting and ribbon 2 as new layers resize to your liking and arrange to your liking paste the beads as a new layer resize and place where you like paste 2 of the flowers as new layers resize to your liking duplicate and arrange to your liking paste the flower scatters as a new layer resize and place to your liking paste the sparkles as a new layer resize duplicate and place to your liking add any other elements to the tag if you like add your filters and shadows crop and resize the tag add your name copyrite info your credit if happy save as png
