THIS TUTORIAL WAS WRITTEN FOR THOSE
THAT HAS A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PSP.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
PSP X3 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)
TUBE OF CHOICE
I USED ARTWORK BY KEITH GARVEY YOU CAN GET A LICENCE HERE
SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED INDEPENDENT WOMAN BY MYSELF
WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE FROM HERE
FONT USED MV BOLI
MASK OF CHOICE
TEMPLATE #97 BY MYSELF FROM HERE
Open the template in psp delete the © and the text layers then click on layer 5 select all float defloat and paste a paper of choice over the selected area invert and hit delete don’t deselect yet paste a tube of choice over the selected area and hit delete select none and delete layer 5 so the same for copy if layer 5,layer 3 and copy of layer 3 then click on layer 8 select all float defloat and paste a paper of choice over the selected area invert and hit delete select none and delete the original layer
do the same for the rest of the layers adding papers to them once done paste
a tube of choice as a new layer and place to your liking above all layers paste
the text as a new layer resize to your liking and place across the tube then use
the eraser and carefully erase part of the text so it looks like it goes behind
her leg then paste the streamer as a new layer resize and place on the text
layer paste the hat as a new layer resize duplicate and place at the sides of
the text
paste the fireworks as a new layer resize duplicate and place at the sides of
the text also paste décor as a new a layer resize to your liking duplicate 2
times and place these between one of the layers and arrange to your liking
paste the beads as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate image rotate 90
to the left or right and place where you like
paste ribbon 2 as a new layer resize duplicate and place these where you like
paste décor 2 as a new layer resize and place to your liking paste the fan as a
new layer resize and place behind the décor layers paste the sparkles as a new
layer resize duplicate and arrange to your liking paste beads 5 as a new layer
duplicate and place at the top corners of the tag paste a paper of choice as a
new layer place below all layers and add a mask of choice to it merge group
the mask layer add any other elements to the tag if you like add your filters
and shadows to the tag crop and resize add your name copyrite info your credit
if happy save as png
