THIS TUTORIAL WAS WRITTEN FOR THOSE
THAT HAS A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PSP.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
PSP X3 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)

SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED GLITTER BY MYSELF
WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE FROM HERE
FONT USED ANDANTINO SCRIPT
MASK OF CHOICE
Open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later paste frame 2 as a new layer and place in the middle of the canvas take the selection tool set to point to point and make a selection all the way around the frame then paste a tube of your choice over the selected area invert and hit delete select none and move below the frame paste a paper of choice as a new layer and place below all layers and add a mask of your choice to it merge group the mask layer
paste the swirl as a new layer duplicate resize these to your liking and arrange around the frame paste decor 4 as a new layer resize duplicate and arrange these around the bottom of the frame paste the rose as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate as many as you like and arrange these to the right side of the frame paste flower 3 as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate 2 times and arrange to your liking around the roses
paste ribbon 4 as a new layer resize to your liking and place between the roses and flowers paste the key as a new layer resize and arrange where you like paste the netting and pearls as new layers resize and arrange to your liking paste feather 2 and butterfly 2 as new layers resize your liking duplicate and arrange where you like paste sparkles as a new layer resize duplicate and place to your liking add any other elements to the tag if you like add your filters and shadows crop and resize the tag add your name copyrite info your credit if happy save as png
