THIS TUTORIAL WAS WRITTEN FOR THOSE
THAT HAS A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PSP.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
PSP 9 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)
TUBE OF CHOICE
I USED ARTWORK BY LADY MISHKA YOU CAN GET LICENCE HERE
SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED MY PART OF THE LADY MISHKAS CHARIRTY KIT
WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE FROM HERE
MASK#41 IN WEEK 10 BY AQUA HERE
FONT USED 2 PEAS MY MUSE
MASK 84 BY WEESCOTSLASS HERE
Open a new canvas 700x700 72dpi white we can crop and resize later paste frame 2 as a new layer resize to your liking and place to your liking on the canvas take the magic wand and click inside the frame modify expand by 3 and paste a paper of choice over the selected area invert and hit delete don’t deselect yet paste a tube of your choice as a new layer over the area and hit delete select none move these below the frame layer
paste a paper of your choice as a new layer place below all layers and add the
mask to it merge group the mask layer paste the wire as a new layer resize
duplicate and place these below all layers above the mask layer paste skull 2
and beads as a new layer resize these to your liking duplicate and arrange to
your liking on the frame paste ribbon and ribbon bow as new layers resize to
your liking and arrange on the frame where you like
paste the heart ,charm and bow as new layers resize to your liking and place
where you like around the frame paste the sparkles as a new layer resize and
place to your liking paste the netting as a new layer duplicate as many as you
like and arrange around the frame paste a tube of your choice as a new layer
and place to your liking add any other elements to the tag if you like add your
filters and shadows crop and resize the tag add your name copyrite info your
credit if happy save as png
