THIS TUTORIAL WAS WRITTEN FOR THOSE
THAT HAS A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PSP.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
PSP X3 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)

SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED DEAR ALICE BY MYSELF
WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE FROM HERE
FONT USED DECOR
MASK OF CHOICE
Open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later paste frame 3 as a new layer duplicate and place these side by side then merge them both together then take the magic wand and click inside the now merged frame modify expand by 3 and paste a paper of choice over the selected area invert and hit delete select none and move below the frame paste a paper of choice as a new layer place below all layers and add the mask to it merge group the mask layer
paste a tube of choice as a new layer and place in the middle of the tag paste the tree as a new layer resize and place behind the tube paste the leaves as a new layer resize duplicate 3 times and place these on the frame paste flower 2 and 3 as new layers resize to your liking duplicate and place on the top corners of the frame paste the bubble as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate as many as you like
paste the cards as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate as many as you like and place to your liking paste the mushroom as a new layer resize duplicate and arrange around the tube paste the rabbit,pocket watch and book as new layers resize to your liking and place these around the tube paste the cupcake and heart chain as new layers resize and place to your liking
paste décor 2 as a new layer resize duplicate and place to your liking paste the hat,bottle and cupcake as new layers resize to your liking and arrange to your liking around the tube paste the heart clock and glitter as new layers resize to your liking and place where you like paste the sparkles as a new layer resize to your liking and place on the tree add any other elements to the tag if you like add your filters and shadows crop and resize the tag add your name copyrite info your credit if happy save as png
