THIS TUTORIAL WAS WRITTEN FOR THOSE
THAT HAS A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PSP.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
PSP X3 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)
TUBE OF CHOICE
I USED ARTWORK BY ELIAS CHATZOUDIS YOU CAN GET A LICENCE HERE
SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED USA GIRL BY MYSELF
WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE FROM HERE
FONT USED 2 PEAS UNCONVENTIONAL
MASK OF CHOICE
TEMPLATE # 403 HERE
Open the template in psp image canvas size and set it to 750 by 750 then delete the © layer click on layer copy of circle 3 select all float defloat and paste a paper of choice over the selected area invert and hit delete select none and delete the original layer do this for all all layers except frame layer add some noise to that layer once done click on frame back layer select all float defloat and paste a tube of choice as anew layer over the selected area invert and hit delete select none do the same for circle 2 layer then on that layer select all float defloat modify expand by 7 layers new layer fill with white then modify contract buy 10 and hit delete select none and add some noise to that layer
paste a tube of choice as a new layer and place to your liking paste a paper of choice as a new layer place below all layers and add a mask of your choice to it merge group the mask layer and then use the selection tool to erase the bottom half of the mask layer paste the stars as a new layer resize to your liking and place below all layers but above the mask layer paste the hearts and pearl swirl as new layers resize to your liking and place above the stars layer
paste the firework and netting as new layers and place above the pearl swirl and hearts layer paste the glitter garland as a new layer resize if you like duplicate and place these where you like paste the text as a new layer and place along the bottom of the tag paste the heart links as a new layer and place below the text layer and move down a little paste the star ,scattered bling and star 3 as new layers resize to your liking and place these where you like paste beads as a new layer resize and place to your liking paste a ribbon and button of choice as new layer resize to your liking paste the sparkles as new layers and arrange to your liking on the tag add any other elements to the tag if you like add your filters and shadows to the tag crop and resize the tag add your name copyrite info your credit if happy save as png
