THIS TUTORIAL WAS WRITTEN FOR THOSE
THAT HAS A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PSP.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
PSP X3 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)

SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED WORDS BY MYSELF
WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE FROM HERE
FONT USED 2PEAS DW CURLS AND SWIRLS
MASK OF CHOICE
Open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later paste frame 4 as a new layer resize to your liking and place in the middle of the canvas paste a tube of choice and place in the middle of the frame then take the magic wand and click inside the left side of the frame modify expand by 3 and paste a tube of choice over the selected area invert and hit delete select none and move below the frame do the same for the right side of the frame once done paste a paper of your choice as a new layer place below all layers and add a mask of your choice to it merge group the mask layer
paste the rainbow as a new layer resize to your liking and place below all layers but above the mask layer and move up a little paste text 2 as a new layer and place behind all layers but above the mask and rainbow layers and arrange to your liking paste a ribbon of choice as a new layer resize and place this behind the tube and frame layers and move into place
paste the berries as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these at the sides of the frame the paste bow 3 and flowers 2 as new layers resize to your liking duplicate and place these on the frame paste swirl 2 and butterfly 2 as new layers resize to your liking and place where you like paste the sparkles as a new layer and place where you like add any other elements to the tag if you like add your filters and shadows to the tag crop and resize add your name copyrite info your credit if happy save as png
