OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED MY PART OF THE BURLESQUE COLLAB

USED MILTON BU
Open
a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later paste
a tube of your choice as a new layer and place in the middle of the
canvas then paste the film slide as a new layer resize to your liking
and place to the left of the tube and move it under the tube layer
duplicate image mirror to the other side then take the magic wand and
click inside one of the film slides modify expand by 3 and paste a
paper of choice over the selected area invert and hit delete select
none move below do the same for the other film slide
then
click back on one of the film slides and do the same but add a tube
of choice over the selected area invert hit delete select none and
move below the film slide do the same again for the other film slide
once done paste the city scene as a new layer resize to your liking
and place below all layers and move up a little paste the fan as a
new layer resize to your liking image flip duplicate and place these
at bottom of the tag behind all layers

the netting as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place
these at the bottom right and top left corners below all layers but
above the fans paste the décor and star burst as new layers resize
to your liking and place these behind all layers and arrange to your
liking paste the scattered sequins as a new layer resize and place to
your liking
paste
ribbon 3 as a new layer resize duplicate and place to your liking on
the tag paste a bow of choice as a new layer resize duplicate and
place these on the ribbons paste the hat stick and button as new
layers resize to your liking and arrange where you like paste the
ribbon as a new layer resize duplicate and place behind the main tube
layer paste the sparkles as a new layer resize duplicate and place
these where you like paste the text as a new layer resize and place
below the main tube layer add any other elements to the tag if you
like add your filters and shadows crop and resize the tag add your
name copyrite info your credit if happy save as png
