Open
the template in psp delete the © click on layer 1 select all float
defloat and paste a paper of choice over the selected area invert and
hit delete don’t deselect yet paste a tube of choice over the
selected area hit delete select none and delete the original layer 1
do this for layers 2 and 3 adding papers then a tube once done
click on layer 9 select all float defloat and paste a paper of choice
over the selected area invert and hit delete select none and delete
the original layer do this for the rest of the layer adding paper to
them
once
done paste a tube of choice as a new layer and place to your liking
paste the bomb as a new layer resize and place to the left side of
the text paste a guitar and a text of choice as new layers resize to
your liking and place these where you like paste a bow of choice as a
new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these where you
like paste a ribbon as a new layer resize duplicate and place to your
liking
paste
décor 2 and beads 2 as new layers resize to your liking and place
where you like paste the music notes and swirl as new layers resize
to your liking and place where you like paste the sparkles as a new
layer and place to your liking add any other elements to the tag if
you like add your filters and shadows crop and resize the tag add
your name copyrite info your credit if happy save as png
