THIS TUTORIAL WAS WRITTEN FOR THOSE
THAT HAS A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PSP.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
PSP X3 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)

SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED DAKOTA BY MYSELF
WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE FROM HERE
FONT USED ANNABELLE
MASK OF CHOICE
TEMPLATE #98 BY MYSELF HERE
Open the template in psp delete the © click on 3 select all float defloat and paste a paper of choice over the selected area invert and hit delete don’t deselect yet then paste a tube of choice over the selected area and hit delete select none and delete the original layer 3 do the same for layer 7 once done paste a tube of your choice as a new layer and place to your liking
paste a paper of your choice as a new layer place below all layers and add a mask of your choice to it merge group the mask layer then click on layer 6 select all float defloat and paste a paper of your choice over the selected area invert and hit delete select none and delete the original layer do the same for the rest of the layers
paste the fan hat and stick as new layers resize to your liking and place around the main tube paste skull 2 as a new layer resize duplicate and place to your liking paste star 3 as a new layer duplicate as many as you like and resize these to your liking and place where you like paste a ribbon of choice as a new layer resize and place to your liking
paste the feather as a new layer resize duplicate and place around the main tube paste a bow of your choice as a new layer duplicate as many as you like and resize to your liking placing where you like paste pearls as a new layer resize and place between the layers paste netting as a new layer duplicate resize to your liking duplicate and place to your liking paste the lock and chains as new layers resize to your liking and place to your liking paste the sparkles as a new layer duplicate and place to your liking add any other elements to the tag if you like add your filters and shadows crop and resize the tag add your name copyrite info your credit if happy save as png
