Open
the template in psp delete the © click on layer 6 select all float
defloat and paste a paper of choice over the selected area invert and
hit delete don’t deselect yet then paste a tube of choice over the
selected area invert and hit delete select none and delete the
original layer 6 do this for layer 3 then once done paste a paper of
choice as a new layer and place below all layers and add a mask of
choice to it merge group the mask layer
click
on layer 4 select all float defloat and paste a paper of choice over
the selected area invert and hit delete select none and delete the
original layer do the same for the remaining layers then paste a tube
of choice as a new layer and place to your liking
paste
décor 3 as a new layer duplicate 2 times and resize these to your
liking and place below all layers but above the mask layer and
arrange where you like paste the text as a new layer and place to
your liking paste star 2 and music notes as new layers resize to your
liking duplicate and arrange to your liking
paste
the glitter garland and barbed wire as new layers resize and place to
your liking paste the skull and disco ball as new layers resize to
your liking and place where you like paste the drumstick 2 as a new
layer resize duplicate and place these where you like paste the wire
as a new layer resize and place where you like paste a bow of choice
as a new layer resize duplicate and place these where you like paste
the chain as a new layer resize and place to your liking paste the
lips as a new layer resize duplicate and place to your liking add any
other elements to the tag if you like add your filters and shadows
crop and resize the tag add your name copyrite info your credit if
happy save as png
