Open
the template in psp delete the © click on layer 2 select all float
defloat and paste a paper of choice over the selected area invert and
hit delete don’t deselect yet paste a tube of choice over the area
and hit delete select none and delete the original layer 2 do this
for layer 5 once done add some noise to layers 7 and 9 then paste a
tube of your choice as a new layer and place to your liking
click
on layer 11 select all float defloat and paste a paper of choice over
the selected area invert and hit delete select none and delete the
original layer do this for the remaining layers adding papers to them
once done add some noise to the text layer then paste the pearl swirl
and splatter as new layers resize to your liking and place where you
like
paste
the wire and frame as new layers resize if you like and place to your
liking paste the hat candle and butterflies as new layers resize
these to your liking and place where you like paste the glitter as a
new layer resize if you like duplicate and arrange around the bottom
of the main tube layer paste the netting and heart as new layers
resize to your liking and place where you like
paste
the cross as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place on
the text layers paste the roses as a new layer resize to your liking
duplicate and place these where you like paste the chain as a new
layer resize and place where you like paste the sparkles as a new
layer and place to your liking add any other elements to the tag if
you like add your filters and shadows to the tag crop and resize the
tag add your name copyrite info your credit if happy save as png
