Open
a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later paste
frame as a new layer resize if you like and place in the middle of
the canvas paste a tube of choice as a new layer and place on the
frame paste a paper of choice as a new layer and place below all
layers and add a mask of choice to it merge group the mask layer and
resize 110% to make it bigger

clouds and cloud as new layers resize these to your liking duplicate
as many as you like and arrange around the frame and tube
paste
the pillar as a new layer resize duplicate and place them to the
sides of the frame and tube paste the skulls as a new layer resize
duplicate and arrange these to the sides of the frame and tube paste
the roses 2 as a new layer resize duplicate as many as you like and
arrange at the sides of the frame paste feathers 2 as a new layer
resize to your liking duplicate and place these where you like
paste
the lightning as a new layer resize duplicate as many as you like and
arrange where you like around the tag paste the ribbon and bird 2 as
new layers resize to your liking and place where you like paste décor
3 as a new layer resize duplicate an place these on the pillars add
any other elements to the tag if you like add your filters and
shadows crop and resize the tag add your name copyrite info your
credit if happy save as png
