Open
the template in psp delete the © click on layer 3 select all float
defloat and paste a paper of choice over the selected area invert and
hit delete select none and delete the original layer do the same for
layer 2 once done paste a tube of choice as a new layer and place to
your liking then click on layer 5 select all float defloat and paste
a paper of choice over the selected area invert and hit delete select
none and delete the original layer do the same for the remaining
layers
paste
mesh frame as a new layer duplicate 3 times and resize these to a
little so they fit under the 3 circle layers then paste the cupcake
apple and heart as new layers resize these to your liking and place
where you like paste hearts 2 as a new layer resize to your liking
duplicate as many as you like and place where you like around the tag
paste the pearl swirl as a new layer resize to your liking and place
below the tube layer
paste
a ribbon of choice as a new layer resize and place to your liking
paste star 4 and butterfly as new layers resize to your liking and
place where you like paste star2 as a new layer resize to your liking
duplicate as many as you like and arrange around the tag where you
like paste the star as a new layer resize and place where you like
paste a bow of choice as a new layer resize duplicate and place on
the heart and cupcake
paste
the button bow as a new layer resize duplicate and place these to
your liking paste the scatters as a new layer resize and place to
your liking add any other elements to the tag if you like add your
filters and shadows crop and resize the tag add your name copyrite
info your credit if happy save as png
