Open
the template in psp delete the © click on layer 6 select all float
defloat and paste a paper of choice as a new layer over the area
invert and hit delete don’t deselect yet and then paste a tube of
choice over the selected area hit delete select none and move below
the frame layer and delete the original layer 6 do the same again for
copy of layer 6 once done paste a tube of choice as a new layer and
place to your liking
click
on layer 12and add some noise to it do this for layers 16,11 and 14
then click on layer 4 select al float defloat and paste a paper of
choice over the selected area invert and hit delete select none and
delete the original layer do this for the remaining layers once done
paste a paper of choice as a new layer place below all layers and add
a mask of your choice to it merge group the mask layer

the wire as a new layer place below all layers but above the mask
layer paste cupcake and bear as new layers resize to your liking and
place where you like paste a ribbon of choice as a new layer and
place to your liking paste the apple as a new layer resize to your
liking duplicate and place at the sides of the text paste the stars
and scatters 2 as new layers resize to your liking and place where
you like

the swirl as a new layer resize to your liking and place where you
like paste the star and heart 3 as new layers resize to your liking
duplicate and place these to your liking paste the chain as a new
layer resize and place where you like paste the skulls as a new layer
resize duplicate as many as you like and place these where you like
paste
the paste a ribbon of choice as a new layer resize duplicate and
place these where you like paste the beads as a new layer resize and
place where you like paste the netting as a new layer resize
duplicate an arrange below all layers but above the mask layer paste
the sparkles a new layer resize and place where you like add any
other elements to the tag if you like add your filters and shadows
crop and resize the tag add your name copyrite info your credit if
happy save as png
