USED CARPENTER SCRIPT
Open
the template in psp delete the © delete the text layers then click
on layer 8 select all float defloat modify expand by 5 layers new
layer fill with white modify contract by 7 then hit delete select
none and add some noise to it then click back on layer 8 select all
float defloat and paste a tube of choice as a new layer invert and
hit delete select none and delete the original layer do the same for
layers 7,6,5 once done paste a tube of your choice as a new layer and
place to your liking
then
click on layer 13 select all float defloat and paste a paper of your
choice over the selected area invert and hit delete select none
delete the original layer do this for the remaining layers adding
papers of choice to them then paste a paper of choice as a new layer
and place below all layer and add mask of your choice to it merge
group the mask layer then paste the décor as a new layer place below
all layers but above the mask layer then paste the wire as a new
layer and place this above the décor layer
paste
the stars,ribbon 4 and hearts 3 as new layers resize to your liking
and place these where you like paste the labels and netting 2 as new
layers resize these to your liking and place where you like paste the
sparkle wings and rose as a new layer resize and place to your liking
paste ribbon as a new layer and place to your liking paste the
sparkles as a new layer and place where you like paste the text as a
new layer resize and place where you like add any other elements to
the tag then add some filters of choice to the layers add your
shadows crop and resize the tag add your name copyrite info your
credit if happy save as png

Where is the tube of Barbs at? I looked and looked and can NOT find it.
