Open
the template in psp delete the © click on layer 5 select all float
defloat and paste a paper of choice over the selected area invert and
hit delete don’t deselect yet paste a tube of choice over the area
and hit delete select none and delete the original layer 5 add some
noise to layer 16 do the same again for layers 6 and 15 once done
paste a tube of your choice and place where you like
click
on layer 8 select ll float defloat and paste a paper of choice as a
new layer over the selected area invert and hit delete select none
delete the original layer do the same for the rest of the layers
except the text layers once done click on one of the text layers
select all float defloat and paste a paper of choice over the area
invert and hit delete select none delete the original layer add some
noise to the background text layer
do
the same for the remaining text layers then paste netting 2 as a new
layer duplicate and place these at the top of the tag below all
layers and move them up a little so you can just see them paste the
star and some of the candy as new layers resize these to your liking
and arrange around the main tube layer
paste
a bow of choice and place to your liking paste a cupcake of choice
resize and place where you like add a bow of choice to it resize to
your liking paste a ribbon of choice as a new layer resize and place
where you like paste the hearts as a new layer resize to your liking
duplicate as many as you like and arrange these where you like around
the tag
paste
one of the texts as a new layer resize to your liking and place where
you like paste the sparkles as a new layer duplicate and place these
where you like add any other elements if you like add your filters
and shadows to the tag crop and resize the tag add your name copyrite
info your credit if happy save as png
