Open
the template in psp delete the © click on layer 5 select all float
defloat and paste a paper of your choice over the selected area
invert and hit delete don’t deselect yet paste a tube of choice
over the same area and hit delete select none and delete the original
layer 5 do the same for copy of layer 5 once done add some noise to
layer 1 and copy of raster 1 then paste a tube of your choice as a
new layer and place to your liking
delete
the skulls layer if you like I did then click on layer 4 select all
float defloat and paste a paper of choice over the selected area
invert and hit delete select none and delete the original layer do
this for the remaining layers adding papers of choice to them once
done paste the vi card and button 2 as new layers resize to your
liking and place where you like paste the beads and glass as new
layers resize to your liking and place these where you like

the crown as a new layer resize to your liking and place these on top
of the text layers paste brad 2 as a new layer resize to your liking
duplicate and a place where you like paste the netting 2 as a new
layer resize duplicate and place these where you like paste netting
as a new layer resize and lace this where you like paste ribbon 4
scatters and a bow of choice as new layers resize these to your
liking and place where you like

décor 2 as a new layer and place behind all layers and move it up to
the top a little paste the sparkle as a new layers duplicate as many
as you like and place where you like paste the sparkles as a new
layer and place to your liking add any other elements if you like add
your filters and shadows crop and resize the tag add your name
copyrite info your credit if happy save as png
