THIS TUTORIAL WAS WRITTEN FOR THOSE
THAT HAVE A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PSP.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
PSP 9 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)
TUBE OF CHOICE
I USED ARTWORK BY ELIAS CHATZOUDIS YOU CAN GET A LICENCE HERE
SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED KISS TO U BY MYSELF
WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE FROM HERE
TEMPLATE 177 BY MYSELF HERE
FONT OF CHOICE

open the template in psp delete the © layer click on layer 11 select all float defloat and paste a paper of choice over the area invert and hit delete select none and delete the original layer click on layer 12 and add some noise to it then merge them both together and move to the bottom of the tag click on layer 9 select all float defloat and paste a paper of choice over the area invert and hit delete don’t deselect yet then paste your tube over the area and hit delete select none and delete the original layer paste your tube and place below the text layer

Click on layer 4 select all float defloat and paste a paper of choice over the area invert and hit delete select none delete the original layer do this for the remaining layers once done paste the scatters as a new layer resize duplicate and place around the tube and text layer paste the tickets as a new layer resize and place below the text layer paste ribbon as a new layer resize duplicate and place these side by side behind the tube paste ribbon 4 and love 2 as new layers resize and place the ribbon behind the tube and the love 2 to the right side of the tube
Paste the button bow as a new layer resize and place to the left of the tube paste beads 3 as a new layer resize and place below the tube paste bow 5 as a new layer resize duplicate and place these on the ends of the beads paste the netting as a new layer and place this between some layers of choice add any other elements of choice if you like
Add your shadows and any filters you like crop and resize the tag add your name copyright info your credit if happy save as png
