THIS TUTORIAL WAS WRITTEN FOR THOSE
THAT HAVE A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PSP.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
PSP 9 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)
TUBE OF CHOICE
I USED ARTWORK BY LADY MISHKA YOU CAN GET A LICENCE HERE
SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED SKULLI LUV BY MYSELF
WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE FROM HERE
TEMPLATE 175 BY MYSELF HERE
FONT OF CHOICE

open the template in psp delete the © layer click on layer 4 select all float defloat modify expand by 5 layers new layer and fill with a color of your choice modify contract by 7 and hit delete select noe now you have a frame around layer 4 click back on layer 4 select all float defloat and paste a paper of choice over the area invert and hit delete don’t deselect yet an dpaste a tube of choice over the area and hit delete select none and delete the original layer
open the template in psp delete the © layer click on layer 4 select all float defloat modify expand by 5 layers new layer and fill with a color of your choice modify contract by 7 and hit delete select noe now you have a frame around layer 4 click back on layer 4 select all float defloat and paste a paper of choice over the area invert and hit delete don’t deselect yet an dpaste a tube of choice over the area and hit delete select none and delete the original layer
Click on layer 9 select all float defloat and paste a paper of choice over the area invert and hot delete select none delete the original layer then add some noise to layer 10 do this again for layers 12 and 13 once done paste your tube as a new layer and palce to the right and under the text layers then click on layer 7 select all float defloat and paste a paper of choice as a new layer over the area invert and hit delete select none do this for the remaining layers once done paste the flames and heart 2 as new layers resize these to your liking and place around the text layers paste the skulls as a new layer resize duplicate and place these around and under the ends of the text layers
Paste the pearls as a new layer resize and place under the text layers and above the tube layer paste the label and skull 7 as ne wlayers resize these to your liking and place under the s on the text layer paste beads 3 as a new layer resize and place on the right of the tube paste the sign as a new layer resize and place where you like paste a bow of choice resize and place on top of the sign
add any other elements to the tag if you like add your shadows and any filters you like crop and resize the tag add your name copyright info your credit if happy save as png
