THIS TUTORIAL WAS WRITTEN FOR THOSE
THAT HAVE A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PSP.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
PSP X3 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)
TUBE OF CHOICE
I USED ARTWORK BY ELIAS CHATZOUDIS YOU CAN GET A LICENCE HERE
SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED CLOVER BY MYSELF
WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE FROM HERE
TEMPLATE 186 BY MYSELF HERE
FONT USED SIMPLY GLAMOROUS

open the template in psp delete the © layer click on layer 13 select all float defloat and paste a paper of choice over the selectd area invert and hit delete don’t deselect yet paste a tube of choice over the area move into place and hit delete select none and delete the original layer do this for layer 8 once done paste your tube as a new layer and place place below the text layers duplicate the tube and move this layer above the text layers then take the eraser and eraser some parts use my tag as a guide if you like once done click on layer 7 select all float defloat and paste a paper of choice over the area invert and hit delete select none delete the original layer do this for the remaining layers add papers to them

Then paste the glitter as a new layer duplicate and arrange these below all layers to the sides paste the coins as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate as many as you like and arrange these around the text layers paste the hat and cupcake 2 as new layers resize to your liking and place these in front of the text layers paste the clover as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate as many as you like and place these to your liking around the tag paste the lolli as a new layer resize and place to the left of the tube
Paste ribbon 3 as a new layer resize and place behind the tube layer paste the pin as a new layer resize and place on top of the ribbon paste the beads 2 as a new layer resize and place at the side of the tube paste the bead string as a new layer resize and place this to the right side of the tube paste the button and sticker as new layers resize to your liking and place these where you like paste bow 2 as a new layer resize duplicate and place where you like paste the star as a new layer resize and place to your liking
add any other elements to the tag if you like add your shadows and any filters you like crop and resize the tag add your name copyright info your credit if happy save as png
