THIS TUTORIAL WAS WRITTEN FOR THOSE

SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED LUCKY GIRL BY MYSELF
WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE FROM HERE
TEMPLATE 187 BY MYSELF HERE
FONT USED DR CARBFRED

open the template in psp delete the © layer click on layer 6 select all float defloat and paste a paper of your choice over the area invert and hit delete don’t deselect yet then paste a tube of your choice as a new layer and place over the area and hit delete select none do this again for layer 7 then paste a tube of choice and place to your liking then click on layer 5 select all float defloat and paste a paper of choice over the area invert and hit delete select none do this for the remaining layers adding papers of choice to them
open the template in psp delete the © layer click on layer 6 select all float defloat and paste a paper of your choice over the area invert and hit delete don’t deselect yet then paste a tube of your choice as a new layer and place over the area and hit delete select none do this again for layer 7 then paste a tube of choice and place to your liking then click on layer 5 select all float defloat and paste a paper of choice over the area invert and hit delete select none do this for the remaining layers adding papers of choice to them
Then paste beads 3 as a new layer duplicate and place these at the top of the tag below all layers at each side paste the text as a new layer and place to your liking resize if you like paste the bead text as a new layer resize and place to the left side of the tag paste the coins as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these to the right of the tag paste the cupcake as a new layer resize and place between the coins
Paste the leprechaun as a new layer resize to your liking and place him next to the bead text paste the lolli as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these at the sides of the tag paste bow 2 as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these on the lolli sticks paste the ticket as a new layer resize and place behind the coins and cupcake
Paste the ribbon and ribbon 2 as new layers resize to your liking and place these behind the tube layer paste beads 4 as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place to your liking paste the sparkles as a new layer resize duplicate and place these to your liking paste button 2 as a new layer resize and place to your liking
add any other elements to the tag if you like add your shadows and any filters you like crop and resize the tag add your name copyright info your credit if happy save as png
