THIS TUTORIAL WAS WRITTEN FOR THOSE
THAT HAS A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PSP.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
PSP 9 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)
TUBE OF CHOICE
I USED ARTWORK BY ISMAEL RAC YOU CAN GET A LICENCE HERE
SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED CHEEKY BUNNY BLUE BY MYSELF
WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE FROM HERE
FONT USED DEVINNE BT
Open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later paste frame 2 as a new layer resize if you like and place in the middle of the canvas duplicate 2 times and resize these so they are a little smaller and place under the original layer and move out a little take the magic wand and click inside the original layer modify expand by 3 and paste a paper of choice as a new layer over the selected area invert and hit delete select none move below do the same for the other 2 frames
Take the magic wand again and click inside one of the smaller frames modify expand by 3 and paste a tube of choice over the selected area invert and hit delete select none and move below the frame do the same for the rest of the frames paste the sparkles as a new layer and place under all layers and move to the top so only a little is showing duplicate image flip so its down at the bottom duplicate image rotate 90 to the left or right and place on the side duplicate and image mirror to the other side
Paste the fluffy hearts as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these on the top frame paste the fan as a new layer resize to your liking image rotate 90 to the left or right an place under all layers and move up to the top corner of the frame duplicate image mirror to the other side paste the bunny as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these to your liking paste the handcuffs and a bow of choice as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place to your liking paste tag 3 as a new layer resize and place where you like add any other elements to the tag add your filters and shadows to the tag crop and resize the tag add your name copyright info your credit if happy save as png
