THIS TUTORIAL WAS WRITTEN FOR THOSE
THAT HAS A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PSP.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
PSP 9 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)
TUBE OF CHOICE
I USED ARTWORK BY MISTICHESKAYA YOU CAN GET A LICENCE HERE
SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED EMO EMMA BY MYSELF
WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE FROM HERE
MASK USED MASK 349 BY VIX
FONT USED TEKTON PRO EXT
Open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later paste frame 2 as a new layer resize to your liking and place in the middle of the canvas take the magic wand and click inside the frame modify expand by 3 and paste a paper of choice over the selected area invert and hit delete select none move below the frame layer
Take the magic wand again and click inside a section on the frame modify expand by 3 and paste a tube of choice over the selected area invert and hit delete select none and move below the frame do the same again for the remaining sections on the frame
Paste a paper of choice as a new layer place below all layers and add the mask to it merge group the mask layer paste the wire as a new layer an place on top of the mask layer paste a tube of your choice as a new layer and place to your liking paste décor as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate 2 times and place these on the frame
Paste the radio as a new layer resize to your liking and place where you like paste netting 2 as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate 2 times and arrange these under and around the frame paste the key chain as a anew layer resize to your liking and place where you like paste the scattered hearts as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place where you like paste the a ribbon and the sparkles as new layers and place where you like add any other elements if you like add your filters and shadows crop and resize the tag add your name copyright info your credit if happy save as png
