THIS TUTORIAL WAS WRITTEN FOR THOSE
THAT HAS A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PSP.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
PSP 9 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)
TUBE OF CHOICE
I USED ARTWORK BY SUZANNE WOOLCOTT YOU CAN GET A LICENCE HERE
SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED THE UNIVITED BY MYSELF
WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE FROM HERE
FONT USED MTF OOPSIE BY MISS TIINA HERE
Open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later paste the clock as a new layer and place in the middle of the canvas resize if you like paste your tube of choice as a new layer and place in the middle of the clock paste the frame as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these behind the clock and move them to the sides of the clock
Merge the frames together take the magic wand and click inside the merged frame modify expand by 3 and paste a paper over the selected area invert and hit delete select none move below the frame paste the lantern and sunflower as new layers resize to your liking duplicate and place these at the sides of the clock
Paste bow 3 as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these on the merged frame at the top paste ribbon 4 as a new layer resize duplicate and place these under the bows paste the spider and cupcake as a new layers resize to your liking duplicate and place these to your liking paste the hat as a new layer resize to your liking and place where you like paste the sparkles as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these below the tube layer add any other elements to the tag if you like add your filters and shadows crop and resize the tag add your name copyright info your credit if happy save as png
