open new canvas 700x70072dpi white paste frame 4 as a new layer resize to your

liking and place in the middle of the canvas paste your tube of choice as a new layer

and place to your liking take the selection tool and make a selection on the frame then paste a paper of choice 

over the selected area invert and hit delete select none move below the frame

paste the curtains as a new layer resize so it fits on the frame paste a few of the trees resize to your liking and 

place them inside the frame paste the lamp,flower,bauble and candles as new layers resize to your liking and 

place where you like paste the beads and presents as new layers resize to your liking and place to your liking 

paste a paper of choice as a new layer place below all layers and add a mask of choice to it merge group the 

mask layer paste the sparkles as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place where you like add any

other elements to the kit if you like add your filters and shadows crop and resize the tga add your name 

copyrite info your credit if happy save as png
