open the template in psp click on layer 4 select all float defloat and paste a paper of

choice as a new layer over the selected area invert and hit delete select none delete

the original layer do the same for the rest of layers adding papers of your choice

paste a tube of choice as a new layer and place to your liking click on one of the

small circle layers select all float defloat and paste a tube of choice over the

selected area invert and hit delete select none do the same for the other small

circle layer

paste the candy cane,holy and pompom as new layers resize duplicate and place

these to your liking paste one of the bells as a new layer resize duplicate and

place these where you like paste the candles,one of the baubles and swirl as

new layers resize duplicate and arrange to your liking

paste a ribbon ,lights and sparkles as new layers resize and place where you like

add any other elements to the tag if you like add your filters and shadows

crop and resize the tag ad dyour  name copyrite info your credit if happy save

as png
