open the template in psp click on layer 2 select all float defloat and paste a paper of

choice over the selected area invert and hit delete select none and delete the original

layer do the smae for the rest of the layers on the template paste your tube of

choice as a new layer and place to your liking paste a paper of choice as a new layer

place below all layers and add a mask of choice to it merge group the mask layer

paste bells 4,candy cane and holly as new layers resize to your liking and place these

to your liking paste the lights as a new layer resize duplicate and place these

behind the tube layer paste the pom pom,a ribbon and stars as new layers

resize to your liking duplicate and place these where you like

paste the mistletoe and beads as new layers resize to you rliking and place

where you like add any other elements to the tag if you like add your filters and

shadows to the tag crop and resize the tag add your name copyrite info your

credit if happy save as png
