open the template in psp click on layer 2 select all float defloat and paste a tube of choice over the selected 

area invert and hit delete drop the opicity to around 44 and colorise if you like click on layer 9 and do the

same as you did above then do the same again for copy of layer 9 then colorise them both if you wish

click on layer 10 select all float defloat and paste a paper of choice over the selected area invert and hit delete 

select none and delete the original layer do the same for the copy of layer 10 use the same paper or add a 

different one paste a paper of choice place below all layers and a maks of choice to it merge group the mask 

layer
paste elements 37,69 and 60 as new layers resize duplicate and place these where you like on the tag paste 

elements 54,12 and 59 as new layers reszie to your liking and palce where you like paste your tube of choice 

as a new layer and place where you like paste element 40 as a new layer resize if you like and place on the 

tube and use the eraser to make it look like its wrapped around the tube

add any other elements to the tag if you like add your filters and drop shadows to the tag crop and resize the 

tag add your name copyrite info your credit if happy save as png
