THIS TUTORIAL WAS WRITTEN FOR THOSE

SUPPLIES NEEDED

open a new canvas 700x700 72dpi white we can crop and resize later
paste frame 3 as a new layer resize duplicate and place these side by side
take the selection tool and make a selection on one of the frames select
all float defloat and paste a tube of choice over the selected area invert and
hit delete select none do the smae for the othe frame
paste a tube of choice and place in the middle of the canvas paste a paper
of choice as a new layer place below all layers and add a mask of choice
to it merge group the mask layer
paste the tinsel's as new layers resize to your liking duplicate and place
around the tube layer paste candle as a new layer resize duplicate and place where
you like paste a ribbon of choice as a new layer resize duplicate and place to your
liking paste the holly,flowers,bauble 3 as new layers resize these to your liking
and place where you like
paste the text and rop as a new layers resize and place to your liking paste
paste the sparkles as a new layer a place under the frame layers and use the selection tol to get rid of the
excess add any other elements from the kit if you like add your drop shadows and filters to the tag crop and
resize the tag add your name copyrite info your credit if happy save as png
