open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later

Paste frame 4 as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these side by side in the middle of the 

canvas merge them both together take the selection tool and make a selection on the merged frame paste a 

paper of choice over the selected area invert and hit delete select none move below the frame layer

Paste a tube of your choice as a new layer and place to your liking paste the hearts as a new layer resize so 

they fit inside the frame paste the paw prints as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these on 

the top and bottom of the frame paste the beads, pearl swirl and milk as new layers resize to your liking 

duplicate and place these where you like

Paste the bowl and splat as new layers resize to your liking and place where you like paste lollipop as a new 

layer resize duplicate and place these where you like paste the sparkles as a new layer resize duplicate and 

place inside the frame add any other elements to the tag if you like add your filters and shadows crop and 

resize the tag add your name copyright info your credit if happy save as png
