Open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later

Paste element 25 as a new layer and place in the middle of the canvas resize if you like take the magic wand 

and click inside it modify expand by 3 and paste a paper of choice over the selected area invert and hit delete 

select none move below element 25 paste a tube of choice as a new layer and place inside element 25 resize 

to your liking paste element 27 as a new layer resize to your liking and place inside the frame duplicate and 

move the duplicated over a little

Paste another tube as a new layer and place to your liking paste element 66 as a new layer resize to your 

liking duplicate and place these on the corners of element 25 paste element 47 as a new layer resize to your 

liking duplicate and place these under element 25 at the top and bottom paste elements 19,20,38 and 54 as 

new layers resize to your liking duplicate as many as you like and arrange to your liking

Paste element 30 as a new layer resize to your liking and place where you like paste a paper of choice as a 

new layer place below all layers and add a mask of choice to it merge group the mask layer paste element 63

as a new layer resize to your liking and duplicate enough to go along the top and bottom inside element 25 as

any other elements of choice if you like add your filters and shadows crop and resize the tag add your name
