THIS TUTORIAL WAS WRITTEN FOR THOSE

open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later paste
Frame 4 as a new layer resize to your liking place in the middle of the canvas
Paste a paper of choice as a new layer add a mask of choice to it merge group the mask and place below the
frame paste a tube of your choice as a new layer and place where you like
Take the selection tool set to point to point and make a selection on the frame all the way round then paste

another paper of choice over the selected area invert and hit delete select none and move below the frame
layer but above the mask layer paste the winged heart as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place
to your liking on the frame
Paste the heart links as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate an place behind the frame and paper layers
Paste the heart links as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate an place behind the frame and paper layers
paste a bow of choice as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate as many as you like and place on the heart
links paste the dove as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place where you like
Paste the glitter as a new layer duplicate and place to your liking paste the heart pin as a new layer resize and
put where you like add any other elements to the tag if you like add your filters and shadows crop and resize
the tag add your name copyright info your credit if happy save as png
