THIS TUTORIAL WAS WRITTEN FOR THOSE
THAT HAS A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PSP.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
PSP 9 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)
TUBE OF CHOICE
I USED ARTWORK BY KEITH GARVEY YOU CAN GET A LICENCE HERE
SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED PINK VALENTINE BY MYSELF
WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE FROM HERE
MASK OF CHOICE
FONT OF CHOICE
Open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later paste frame as a new layer resize if you like and place in the middle of the canvas take the selection tool set to point to point and make a selection on the frame all the way around it once done paste a paper of choice over the selected area invert and hit delete don’t deselect yet then paste a tube of choice over the area as well and hit delete select none and move the paper and tube layers below the frame layer
Drop the opacity on the tube to around 28-30 paste another tube of choice as a new layer and place to your liking paste the key ,glass ball ,ribbon 5 and pearls 2 as new layers resize to your liking an place where you like paste the leaves as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these where you like
Paste the swirl leaf as a new layer resize and place to your liking paste the butterflies and flower as new layers resize and put these where you like
Paste the diamond heart as a new layer resize and duplicate as many as you like and place around the tube layer add any other elements if you like add your filters and shadows crop and resize the tag add your name copyright info your credit if happy save as png
