THIS TUTORIAL WAS WRITTEN FOR THOSE
THAT HAVE A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PSP.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
PSP X3 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)
TUBE OF CHOICE
I USED ARTWORK BY ELIAS CHATZOUDIS YOU CAN GET A LICENCE HERE
SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED SWEETHEART BY MYSELF
WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE FROM HERE
MASK OF CHOICE
FONT OF CHOICE
open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later paste
Paste frame as a new layer place in the middle of the canvas image rotate 90 to the left or right take the magic wand and click inside the frame modify expand by 3 and paste your paper of choice as a new layer invert and hit delete select none move below the frame paste your tube of choice as a new layer and place inside the frame
Paste rose 3 and leaves 3 as new layers resize duplicate an place the roses on the top corners of the frame and place the leaves together in the bottom corner paste the heart with banner as a new layer resize to your liking and place in the corner as the leaves
Paste ribbon 5 and bow 2 as new layers resize the ribbon so it fits across the frame and paste the bow on the ribbon in the middle paste leaves 2 as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these behind the tube layer
Paste the hearts and lock 2 as new layers resize and place where you like paste a paper of choice as new layer and place below all layers add a mask of choice to it merge group the mask layer and move below all layers add any other elements if you like add your shadows and filters crop and resize the tag add your name copyright info your credit if happy save as png
